(the ‘ Company’)

PREAMBLE

This agreement sets forth the terms and conditions under which the client (YOU) agrees to engage in the Home Protection Plan Annual Service Agreement of Integral XT.

SERVICES PROVIDED

1. The incorporated Company agrees to provide pest control services at the client's address indicated above.

TERMS OF AGREEMENT

2. There is an initial upfront payment of $200, followed by an annual, monthly payment based on the package.

3. Client is receiving a discounted rate based on an annual service program. This is not a per-service agreement. 

4. The client agrees to make the location of the covered service available for the treatment and inspection as often as necessary to control the pest(s). 

5. This agreement will be for an initial period of 12 months. The annual program will automatically renew on a month-to-month basis.

7. The total annual rate is due monthly and payable by the client.

8. The Company reserves the right to revise the monthly fee after the first 12 months.

9. This agreement does not provide for repairing present or future damages to the service address, nor does it provide reimbursement for repair expenses allegedly arising from pest infestations.

10. In entering into this agreement, the client waives all claims for damages to property or persons, which may result indirectly from work performed by the Company, except for gross negligence on the part of the Company.  

11. Client agrees to pay all reasonable interest charges and attorney's fees should collections efforts be necessary.

CANCELLATION/CHANGES

12.Either party may cancel the service after 12 months with written notice 30 days prior to the annual renewal date. 

GOVERNING LAW

13. This agreement shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Province of Quebec

14.The parties hereto confirm that the English Language wish that this agreement and all documents be drawn up in the English Language

By making an initial payment the client (YOU) agreed to the conditions of this agreement.
